Sam’s desire to make people’s real estate dreams a reality drew him into the industry in 1988. Since then, Sam has guided clients through over 1,000 real estate transactions, totaling more than $350 million. Whether he’s assisting first-time buyers as they purchase their starter home or negotiating a multimillion-dollar offer with a seasoned seller, Sam is proficient at mediating smart deals that satisfy all parties. He boasts extensive experience in both appreciating and depreciating markets and has even had success selling real estate owned (REO) properties.
Though he was born in Youngstown, Ohio, Sam has lived in the Greater San Fernando Valley for six decades. His extensive market knowledge offers firsthand wisdom and pricing expertise across a broad spectrum of Southern California communities and neighborhoods.
Sam specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate properties, and he is skilled in negotiating investment property deals. He has sold many multi-unit buildings and can comfortably navigate net operating income, capitalization rates, and other complex concepts for his clients. Sam has even penned a book, titled “Go Ask Sam,” enumerating the insights he’s gained throughout his decades of industry experience.
Before venturing into the world of real estate, Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering and spent time in the corporate world. With this experience, he developed skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and compliance adherence, all of which translate into his real estate role. In addition to his career, Sam is an avid golfer and enjoys home renovation projects.
